Story

So in June 2016 I purchased a vehicle through a car lot and bank financing, the first paper tag expired in August. I called the car lot and they told me to go in for a new paper tag because my actual license plates were not available yet, i followed up with the bank that financed me and made them aware. Now October the car lot shut down all of a sudden, the bank keeps telling me they are working on getting the license plates but in the mean time I need to go down to the local tax office and get yet another paper tag and the bank tells me they have no time frame as to when I will get it. I asked to be let out of the contract and they are telling me I'm stuck. What can I do? Please help

What can you do? You can go to your local county tax assessor's office.
