What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

I'm being taken to court for an auto accident, in which I plan to take responsibility for. But as of right now, I barely make enough money to pay my bills. Assuming that I am going to have to pay for EVERYTHING (car damage, court fees, ect.) - what happens if I simply can't pay them (on a month to month basis)? Can they garnish my wages? I'm not trying to get out of paying, but it seems impossible right now.
