Hello everyone
I have the biggest problem, and I've been searching all over the internet and calling everywhere I possibly can to find a way to fix this problem. I really hope someone here can help me.
I am having A huge problem proving Florida Residency in order to get in-state tuition.
I am 28 years old and have been out of work for over a year.
I don't have a vehicle and haven't had one for over a year. So that means I don't Have a vehicles
registration.
I have never voted or ever had a voters card.
I have been living with my mom (sad I know) for the past few years. And all the utility bills are in her name.

I have absolutely No way of proving I've been in florida the last 12 months.
I was born in florida and lived here my whole life.
The only thing I have that I know of, is and ID card.
I will not be able to afford to take classes at mdc if I have to go as a non-resident student, which would be ridiculous in the first place since I've been a florida resident since the day I was born.
The only possible solution I may have found is to be somehow declared dependent through my mom's income tax return. which she does claim me as a dependent. But I'm not sure they'll take accept that. today is saturday so I have to wait till monday to get an answer on this.
But I'm hoping someone here has some info that could help me prove my residency so that I can get in-state tuition, start college, and get my life back on track.
thanks in advance.
