I have filed pw in the state of California for a divorce from my 17 year marriage. I went through a paralegal, who sent PW to her to sign with a "Notce of Acknowledgement" form, since she does not want the divorce she will not sign the PW. I therefor lost over 30 days. Now I'm trying to have her served. Again since she does not want a divorce, she will not answer the door, and when she does work PT, the company will not get her. What are my options??? I just want to get this started and over with......

My response:

You're going to have to hire someone to "stake out" the residence. She has to come and go at some point in time.
