New Jersey. I have tried to send a new commercial lease to the tenant on record at the address on the current lease. It was returned as undeliverable, probably because the lease is in the name of a corporation and the address is that of a shareholder. He also does not return calls made to the number on record. How do I let him know that the current lease will not be renewed and the new terms are in effect should he decide to renew. As it stands he seems to think that if he avoids contact he can simply continue to pay his rent and I can do nothing to make changes or get him out should he choose not to accept. The changes only relate to payment of rent being made 3 months at a time up front rather than on a monthly basis. There is no increase.
