Hello everyone, i'm just looking for some legal advice on what I can do. I signed up for an online game that charges $5/month. This game has many many members, so they are not a small company. Anyways, I had canceled my monthly subscription after 2 or so months of play and didn't think anything else about it. I just noticed in my recent bank statement that this company has been billing me ever since I canceled my account. Not only is that a problem, but because I am no longer a "member" I can not sign in to their member sections of the website to go to their forums and I do NOT want to sign up for another account just to gain access to this section of their website. Also, I have been sending them emails through a "Billing Help" form on their website and have yet to see a reply. Now the big problem is that this company is located in the UK and has no visible phone number or any "real" email address to contact but it certainly is not a scam because of the thousands of members, and I even have friends who play there. A little background on me, I am an adult and am capable of seeking a lawyer for this issue, I just need some info on what I can possibly do. At this point i'm ready to sue. Thanks everyone.
