When going through the local Virginia free real estate guide, I saw that a real estate agent that I have an appointment with next week to talk to about selling our home has already listed our home in this magazine for sale. He listed it for 50K less than the value and 12K less than I owe. I had some friends call to see what info he was giving out to make sure it was definitely my home. Not only did he give them my address and directions to my house so they could drive by but he also told them when I was home and not home. Although I'm definitely not going to list with him, I'm afraid that since it was listed this month for 50K less than what it will be in the magazine for next month that I will now have trouble selling it. Is there anything that I can do about this legally?

If you did not sign a listing agreement, he is in deep sh!t and violated a number of ethical and regulatory guidelines.
