What is the name of your state? texas - a neighbor has taken unauthorized photographs of me with the intent to use it against me. is there anything i can do? do i have any rights?

There is nothing wrong with a person taking pictures of someone else without their permission, unless a crime was done to get the pictures, or the pictures are sold for commercial benefit.

2) What are you doing??
3) What were the circumstances of these pictures being taken??
4) What makes you think that these pictures will be used against you??
5) In what way will they be used??
