My first post was about a single pair of shoes. My second post was about two pairs of shoes. But, yes, the advice is pretty much the same either way.

It doesn't sound to me as if anyone was doing anything illegal. It sounds more to me as if a mistake was made, and then action was taken to correct it.

Well, first I think management should know that someone in their employ is doing illegal things. I have also caught the person who claims to be a supervisor lying to me! That's why I'd like direct contact with management. Secondly, do I have to return the shoes I didn't order?
