**A: yes, you can invoice them, say at $150 per month depending upon how nice your name sounds and how many letters are used. Vowels cost more than consonants.

Okay, you got me curious....

"my ex-employer is still using my full name in an outgoing voice mail message."
*** Why would the employer be using YOUR name in HIS outgoing voice mail. Are you sure you don't mean that YOU left your voice mail message when you left the company??

"can iinvoice them for the use of my name andif they refuse to pay can i sue for infrigement or id theft, etc ?"
*** EXACTLY what damages do you feel you have incurred in this use??? EXACTLY how much $$ benefit can you prove the employer received in using your name??

I specifically instructed my employer to delete my outgoing message. I was unable to do it because they change the password. They are benefiting by using my name to receive information that pertains to their normal business operations, and since they are making money in their operation, and using my name allows them a finacial benefit I believe I am entitled some of that benefit.

**A: and how is your name attributed to your employer's financial gain? Is your name Bill Gates, Mick Jagger, George Bush, Beyonce Knowles, Jennifer Lopez....
