Florida, a large propane bottle was on property when purchased. Bottle said property of Blah Blah Propane Co. Blah was called 3 times and sent a letter to pick up tank. A year and 1/2 later Blah comes to get Bottle. Can Blah be charged storage? Does property owner have custodial rights to bottle till storage is paid? Can bottle be sold?

You can't charge storage unless Blah was informed of the storage fees in the letter. You can sue for trespassing, but why bother? It's too much trouble for too little reward.
