I am suing for emotional distress and punitive damages. I hope to win my case. However, even if I win, I wonder if I can collect. The party has assests solely in an IRA. Also, the party might declare Ch. 7 bankruptcy. I live in California. I wonder if this is worth the trouble. Please advise. Thank you. :confused:
