We took our house off market with realtor because she was not doing the job. So we signed to end with her. She said it was unconditioned. Can we look for new realtor because she did mention it to just me. But afraid because I still see my house on line.

Signed what?

If she released you from the listing contract unconditionally then, yes, you are free to list with another agent.

Just make sure you read and understand the document (and keep a copy forever) and don't rely on anything you are "told."

The online ad will stay up for a long time. Your new realtor can make changes to it.
