What is the name of your state? California.
I was involved in a head on accident with another person hitting me from behind both persons recieved tickets one for coming accross the dobble yellow lines and the other for follwing to close.

The first insurance company has paid the full coverage amount the person had. It has not reached the total damage amount the other insurance company only wants to pay 5% damages. I have underinsured policy.

When can I claim on my underinsured policy?
