What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky

My 19 year old son received a first DUI last Saturday evening. We go to court tomorrow morning. We are not sure what to expect. His BAC was .15 (he says, it was not on the ticket). He was also written up for driving without insurance. He has insurance, just couldn't find the card in his wallet. The jailer said they may drop that charge if we bring him proof of insurance tomorrow.

I'm assuming he'll lose his license. He is a college student in KY, we are actually from Indiana. Not sure what to expect fine wise and he's very nervous that he may have to serve jail time. He should plead guilty, I assume. He IS guilty, I can see no reason why he wouldn't plead that way. I'm just completely cluless as what to expect cost wise tomorrow. Thanks.
