Under Investigation

This is a long story, but in a nutshell ... After working for a major communications company for 7 months I was fired. The Union is fighting to get my job back and the first hearing was the other day. They rufused to re-instate me, claiming that I was under investigation, by the company. But they won't tell my Union rep WHAT I was under investigation for. Is there any way I can find that out?

This is something the Unioun should be able to find out for you.. Pursue it vigorously, as it may be a sham to justify something unlawful.
