What is the name of your state? pa

one week before my 18th birthday i was cited for underage drinking, along with other people... my car was there, but i didn't have the keys, the kid's who's house it was at had them... so noone could drive, and i was planning to sleep over... lot of things were wrong about that might, all the citations except for mine have the wrong date and time, the cops came by early to tell the kid, not to let anyone drive. And how come the daughter of the parents who called the cops, she wasn't cited since she had also been there, and drinking? How come the cops have the right to come to the house, every weekend since then to harass the parent of the household, in which the incident took place? Whats gonna happen to us? and can we use all this go get us off?

All I got from your post is that you are an expert at making excuses. You were 17. Underage. You were drinking. You were cited.

It's time to hire an attorney and stop making excuses for your behavior.

And don't even think about coming back here and telling me all the kids did it. I was drinking at 12 and became an alcoholic at 14. Sober for 26 years. So I've invented more excuses than you'll ever think of.

And obviously you haven't learned anything. So, take your allowance and spend it on an attorney. I, for one, am tired of whiney little drunks with nothing more going for them than excuses.

Bye drunk

The cops don't have to cite everyone. You were there, you were drinking, you were 17. None of the other stuff is going to help you in the least.
