Underage Drinking Ticket, But No PBT Test

This may be a dumb question, but here's my situation. I was really stupid one night and ended up getting taken to detox. I was given an underage drinking ticket as well, but they didn't do a PBT test which is stated on the ticket. Is there any way I can contest the ticket since there was no test taken, or is being taken to detox and my obvious drunkenness evidence enough to convict? Is there anything I can do here, or do I just need to accept the citation?

The fact that you were taken to detox and your were obviously drunk is enough. You are UNDERAGE. You don't need to be a 0.08 -- you just need to have been drinking alcohol. Apparently you were. You are guilty of minor in consumption.
