What is the name of your state? PA
I was at a party and I walked back to my dorm room. I got into my room and was getting ready to go to sleep. I was in my room for at least 3 minutes and I heard a knock at my door. It was a cop, an RA, and the manager of the dorm. I let them in and they asked if i was drinking. I said yes but and I was given a breathalizer. I did it three times but I did not breath long enough into it so they never got a reading. They gave me a citation and put that I refused the breathalizer and that I got an underage basically.
I was just wondering what exactly i should do because I didnt really do anything for them to come to my door in the first place.

Well, apparently you did something ... they either saw you bring tha alcohol in, smelled it on your breath, heard from someone else you were drinking, or you were acting drunk to someone else who came by or could hear you.

The other thing you need to consider here is that you are apparently in student housing. This violation might result in you beeing booted out. So you might consider cooperating to save your room.

They knocked on your door, and you invited them in.

The knocking on the door is a mere encounter, and you INVITED THEM IN.

You really have no argument to make about the contact.
