What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I have a question.

My friend and his girlfriend got into a fight at a party over the weekend. He's 27, my friends are all 24-26, and he brings this girl over. We don't know how old she is, but we don't ask. My friend brings this water bottle that is full of alcohol and she is drinking it.

An hour or 2 later, she is face first on the ground passed out drunk. Then she starts throwing up. Then they both sleep on the floor. The girl gets a phone call at 3 am, and her boyfriends answers. Well it happens to be a guy that she is cheating with. Her boyfriend promptly wakes her up, they go outside, apparently have an argument on the porch and then leave. Well she is still blitzed out of her mind, she jumps out of the truck and locks herself in a public restroom at a gas station. They call the cops on him and she gets a restraining order on her boyfriend.

He now wants me to testify in court because I saw her piss drunk unconscious and her decision to file a restraining order was due to the alcohol.

Well I am all ok with that, but the thing is, the party was at my friends house. She was underage, apparently, 20. Can this come back and bite my friend in the ass if I testify and they ask me where the party was at or anything like that? I asked his lawyer, who questioned me, and he said he is not at the liberty to tell me.

I am kinda freaking out at the moment and I do not know the answer, thus me posting here.

Lawyer said he can get a subpeona for me to testify..how do i stay out? >.>
**A: how old are you? The stay out of it comment meant to not voluntarily talk to anyone and give out info. Once you get a court order to testify, you can't get out of that and must cooperate.

It was your friend's house and your friend brought her the bottle of alcohol. So generally, no, you won't get in trouble. But it could open up a can of worms. You should stay out of it if you can... let your friend and his girlfriend deal with it. He found out she was cheating, but now is in court because he didn't like the fact that she filed a restraining order on him when she was drunk? Sounds like teenager behavior to me, not adult behavior. He needs to let that go.
