I got a DWI in New Mexico I am 18 yrs old I got stopped in a roadblock. I blew a .06 on the breathalizer since I was underage I was arested.I now have court dates I would like to know if there is any hope for me to keep my licence and keep this off my record? Should I even hire a laywer or am I wasting my money ?thanks for any help you can give me.
