I was texting with a minor, CL post said 18. I am 35. They were on their way to meet me and got into a car accident in the state of FL. We never exchanged information. Can their family press charges and/or have me registered as a sex offender against me due to them being a minor?

If you never exchanged information how do you know that said person was a minor?

How do you even know that this person was real, or that there was an accident that this person was involved in?
