I am currently of with neck ,shoulder and arm pain. I have a small personal accident policy, the underwriters being Stafford Knight & co. They seem to be able to make up rules within .They have stopped my payments because the Rheumatology dept. of the N.H.S. have not sent a progress report Stafford Knight have asked for.I have had many problems with the way payments are made and have not had any smooth moment for over a Ten month period as it is.I have sent recently two more ,two week notes over four weeks but still no payments. How can I be penalised for the overcrowded waiting times of the N.H.S. I think it's disgraceful treatment and I feel I have to prove myself everytime I get in touch with my broker.I am fed up with hearing ,if its not in the policy,it's a grey area. Please is there any hope that an insurance company can be in the wrong. They seem to be a law unto themselves
