I purchased a home 2 months ago. A month ago, the toilet in the basement backed up. We brought in a plumber to snake. Since then we have had multiple backups. My question is, the previous owners did not disclose at closing that there was a problem. Coincidently we used the same plumber they used since 1982 to come and snake it out. Can I take action against the previous owners for not disclosing this?
