What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

My mother died in 2000 in Florida. The will was probated. I am now told that my sister did not disclose property she held jointly with my mother. Her attorney says I should agree that she should have the property as she has been making all payments. I'm just above poverty level, could not afford an attorney then or now. I feel I was scammed then and now again. Is what she is doing legal? Does it negate the prior settlement? Do I need an attorney?

Thanks!
Sonia

This is correct. The moment ma died, the property belonged to sis and had nothing to do with ma's probate.
