What is the name of your state? While I was employed by Riverside towing in glenwood springs CO as a towtruck driver a vehicle accrued damages which I am now being held liable for. While still in employ it was made out as if it was covered presumably by insurance or by the company itself if they had a high deductible. It was part of my employment that I be of age and have a driving record suitable to be covered by their insurance. Since I terminated my employment and have attempted to collect on past due pay and promised fuel compensation I have recieved this bill in attempts to collect. Am i obligated or are they trying to maximize their bussiness at my expense?
