What is the name of your state? IN
I worked at a non-profit organization at $6.50 an hour part time - 30 or more hours a week. I was fired. Can I file for unemployment? Some one told me that part-time employees can't but another person said if I was over 20 hours I could

Which is correct?
Thanks.

It depends on the state whether you will be approved. But you can ALWAYS file; it's free and there is no penalty for being wrong. The worst that can happen is that you're turned down.
