What is the name of your state (CA)?

I filed for unemployment benefits in July of 2008 ever since I have been on nightmare train. They denied my claim because they said I quit my last job. However the last job that year ended because of loss of work. I tried talking to them, showed them proof of my employment
with payroll information on the job and a w-2 and was told that this was not good enough and that my only recourse was appeals court. An appeal was scheduled and I finally got that in November of 2008. When I went in I had all of the information for the judge from my last employer and the judge found in my favor so the previous decision was reversed due to the evidence produced and the judge then ruled me eligible.

after EDD received the judgment from the judge I received another letter from EDD saying that my claim was now invalid because I needed to produce payroll information and a w-2 to show proof that I made a certain amount of money between certain dates. I have already provided that information to the judge and to them and I thought that when they pull up my social security number all of that information was available to them anyway. I cannot get through on the phone and they are no longer responding to e-mails.
