What is the name of your state? North Carolina/Georgia

I'm not sure if this is the correct part of the forum.. but I have some questions about collecting unemployment..

I have been employed with the same employer for the past 3 years, They have EEOC and what not and I'm just wondering if I can collect my unemployment benefits?

Also, I have moved recently between states. I was employed in North Carolina, but I now live in Goergia, could I collect while living here?

EEOC and unemployment are two totally separate things. We can not tell you if you are eligible for unemployment only they can determine your eligibility. Yes, it is possible to collect benefits from one state while living in another.
