What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nc.
I have had this sub since November of 2014. I still owe $5000. Original price was $11000 plus interest made it about $18000. They have put many faulty gps parts on it and accused me of tampering when it was never touched but they all were constantly failing and not just on my vehicle. The last one they put on there shut down my vehicle early and they couldn't get it reset. They are 30 minutes from me but when I asked would they come fix it, because they had before in the past, they said I had to bring it to them. Their finance manager will threaten to repo when other managers say they won't. She will debit your account for money without waiting for your consent to process a payment. All u have to do is use a payment once and when she gets demanding and u don't have she'll charge the account anyway. They are rude and have poor business practices. All lot of others I know who got vehicles from them just let them go back other than deal with the headaches but I been struggling to try and pay mine off and they are never in good shape so you constantly have to make repairs. Do I have any grounds to take them to court and sue

I am not understanding your situation or the basis for a lawsuit.

You have set up automatic withdrawals and your account is being debited when you do not have funds available in your account? Is that why you are concerned about repossession?

Being rude to consumers is not the best way to run a business but rudeness is not actionable.
