Unfair clamis suit?

What is the name of your state? NC

I have a homeowner's claim against State Farm following a total loss from fire. It has been 2 years since the fire....no sign of money.....I have been advised to go for unfair claims...

Any ideas????

Unfair Claim Settlement Practices Act

By "unfair claims" I assume that you are referring to the "Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act". If your state has adopted that language into your state's code, read all 16 acts and then look up "Bad Faith". Check BLACK'S LAW DICTIONARY or google it.
