Unfair Competition by the US Federal Governemnt
Is there a Federal law or case law that protects small business against unfair competition by the US Federal Government?
Situation: The US Federal Government is purchasing my competitors equipment and providing it free to my potential customers. I can't compete in this situation. It's destroying my business.
