I HIRED IN A JOB AT 7:00A.M. I ASKED WHEN WE WOULD BE TAKING OUR DRUG TEST BECAUSE I HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM.I WAS TOLD NOT UNTIL AFTER I PASSED MY WELDING TEST BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT TO WASTE MONEY ON THE DRUG TEST IF I DID NOT PASS THE WELDING TEST. WE WATCHED A FILM AND TOOK A TEST THEN I WAS TOLD I HAD TO GO AHEAD AND TAKE THE DRUG TEST BEFORE MY WELDING TEST.I TRIED FOR ABOUT 1/12HRS TO USE THE BATHROOM AND COULD NOT NEXT THING I KNOW THEY TOLD ME I WAS TERMINATED BECAUSE I DID NOT TAKE THE DRUG TEST IN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME. I WAS NEVER TOLD I HAD A SET AMOUNT OF TIME TO TAKE IT IN.DO THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO TERMINATE ME BASED ON THIS SITUATION?

YES, unless a Union contract says otherwise, they can use any grounds they want other than discrimination on the basis of age, sex, etc.
