I am a cust. care reprenstative (telemarketing)
my supervisor and her supervisor suspened me for saying i clocked in and left work... Which i did do,i admit, but i had to goto the store (which is 2 min,walking) it was very important. all in all i was gone no more then 8 minutes. since i made it back in a resonable time i didn't think nothing of it since they had let me and other people do it before, and let people(who werent on break) go and make a 15 minute phone call. i haven't been on good terms with mangement for a while they always seem to do me" dirty". ex.. your allowed to sit wherever you want to sit, but they give me a special signed seat, saying im easily distracted but never asking me,as do other employees.. now is there anything i can do since i feel cheated, i do have a lot of dirt on them... they hired me when i was 15 1/2 (u needed to be 16) i worked for a year and 2months without a workpermit(so did other kids under 18) some week nights i worked to 10,11 (m-t)
