It's almost done, The seller push me to sign the paper work.
But she had not done the fence, landscaping...etc.
should I sign the contract??If I'm going to sign the contract, how can I do something prevent the seller won't finish some job???

Repost in Buying and selling a house

This is not a Landlord/tenant issue .

Additionally you need to have a Real Estate Lawyer go over your contract and advise you before signing .
