In California and as a school teacher in the California Federation of Teachers, if the bureaucracy of my union local and my school district management are actively collaborating to track down union dissidents and inflict some form of punishment (censure, firing, various) on those who disagree with the present union leadership, exactly what laws are each of them breaking?
What other laws are they breaking by working together in this fashion?
