What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

My company recently negotiated a new contract for medical insurance. We agreed to purchase insurance through the Teamsters. At the time of negotiations both sides (union & employer) reported that the employees' monthly premiums would average $25. The first month after the contract was ratified our premiums were $200. Is there any recourse given that it appears both the union and my employer misrepresented the actual cost in order to get the contract signed off by the membership?
