Maryland - I work for state government, a co-worker is in the process of filing a grievance based on an unvalid age discrimination claim. She will be represented by her union. She has stated to me that I will be questioned in this case. I have no information that will help her, but it could possibly hurt her case. I do not belong to a union and have no desire to become involved in this. Since I don't belong to the union can I refuse to cooperate?
