What is the name of your state? FL

On STD denial, my union steward lied in the appeal letter she sent. When I discovered it, I pulled the letter from the STD company. I knew absolutely nothing about the lies in the letter. Since I left the union on STD (due to money issues and expensive medical bills--union never bothered to even check on me so I figured dump them), I believe they did this on purpose. I did file an extensive NLRB complaint. Should I notify federal prosecutors of the possible felony? Can I sue these morons?

She lied about my medical condition (quoting me when I never even talked to her about it), and other things that are total falsehoods. I can't say verbatim in cyberspace. I've already talked to the NLRB and they said they will nail the union. No problem. Once they do, I was advised to sue.
