I have nearly completed my online MAED with the University of Phoenix Online. I recently dropped a single course in the second week but they are denying refunding me 75% of my single-course tuition which they are obligated to do under their own consumer rights policy packet. They've basically said, TOO BAD!

I've been trying to get the refund for over two months and have dealt with a few different people at the school. I've saved all my correspondence.

75% of the $1200 tuition for the class is not much for a lawyer to go for, but it is a LOT for me. I would welcome any advice.
