Unjust ebay suspension

I recieved a suspension notice today for selling a Legit DVD on ebay. They claim it violated their unauthorized copies policiy. I suspect it was an anti competitive practice by another ebay seller, but have no proof as to whether that was the case, nor who it would have been.

I was suspended legitimately once before, and now am worried I won't be able to get back to ebaying. It was my primary income for some time, and (espicially so near to the holidays) this uncalled for suspension is a big problem.

If anyone has any suggestions or can help in any way, I'd really appreciate it.

I have already emailed them stating that I want to appeal it, but emailing ebay is like trying to teach a cat to do calculous.... it's futile.

Again, any help would be appreciated.

eBay is a private company.

That company can suspend you for no reason or any reason.

What exactly was the legit DVD?

Is the auction still viewable even if closed (send link to it...)?

Sorry to say I don't have a vaild link to the exact auction.

This link is similar, but there were some edits made in the current listing(nothing that should have gotten it shut down)
it has sold just fine for weeks up until today.

Ok was this a brand new original disc set or was it burned discs?

I have a supplier.... I can't say for sure that they're not burned, but you can't tell from the auction that they are either. That's my dilema here.

Ff you read BB's comments you dont have a legal issue. But if you plan on opening another account I suggest you make CERTAIN that your supplier is providing you with legal discs versus illegally copied material.

Someone may have reported you that bought from you...
