me and my ex-wife live in the state of arizona. i have had custody of our 6 year old daughter for 2 years now, and my ex-wife just recently told me she has been recording our phone conversations. at times these conversations have been down right nasty and i want to know if there's anyway she will be able to use bits and pieces of these conversations in court to make me look like the bad guy?

I don't know - but I believe it is legal to record a telelphone conversation so long as one of the parties is aware/approves of the recording. But most often, I suspect, a court would reject tapes under those circumstances.

So long as you don't look like a bad guy when it comes to caring for your daughter, I wouldn't worry about it.
