on 3-22-2001 my landlords attorney said i was served with a summons and complaint and an unlawful detainer action by an employee of his law office. at the time those forms were served we were at the bowling alley. the employee from the law office signed a letter stating she hand deliever them to both my boy-friend and myself. this is a lie!! i went to court to get a stay of writ because we never received the forms and also because we filed a complaint with a government agency due to not have heat in our apartment for almost a year and for several other issues. the judge would not sign a stay of writ and now i have only 2-3 days before i am homeless. can someone please help me...i live in washington state (thurston county)area. thank you

UH DUH.......you can go back to the judge on Monday, and see if he can stop the eviction...

But you have to show him, you have ALL yes ALL the money the landlord is asking for, and you would like the judge to agree for you to put the money put in escrow, so you can defend yourselfs in court with all the written proof you have,

YOU DIDNT PROVE TO THE JUDGE YOU HAD ALL THE MONEY.. thats why he refused to sign the writ!
