indiana; over $20,000 of website, marketing materials, and promotion unpaid by client. client has distributed materials and refuses to pay or give up developed materials. what is my legal standing. client states that he allowed my company to market and sell his product for trade for the materials, if all totaled, the full charge for developed materials would be over $40,000 over the last 16 months. the entire story is very detailed. client has since started litigation against me for pressing the fact that the invoice is unpaid and had his website removed to be worked on by other technicians.
help....
thanks, jon
