What is the name of your state? indiana

I was wondering what the laws were governing unpaid lunch hours. Does an employer have a right to tell you that you cannot have a drink on your lunch hour if it is unpaid? Just one drink not a full blown drunk...lol

I presume by drink you mean alcohol? Yup, they sure can prohibit that. Or more specifically, your employer can have an "absolute sobriety" policy and terminate anyone who reports to work having consumed any alcohol before work, over their lunch break, etc.
