I have completed consulting services for a company and they have failed to pay me for them. I went to small claims court and won. I wanted to know what are the possible avenues I can take to collect the judgment. Also I found that the CEO of the company has used a mortgage from his personal house to fund the company. Does this mean I can go after not only the company but him personaly? Sorry if the question is real basic but I am a college student and this is the first time I have ever been through something like this. I would greatly appreciate any advice.
