CT.===my question is one of unsecured credit card debt. I guess a lien has been placed on my property for the amount of this debt..I was never notified of any court proceedings in regards to this. I spoke to credit card company 2 years ago to set up a payment plan( due to accident i was out of work) and made a monthly offer that i could pay at the time...never heard from company if this was ok....get letter the other day stating that a judgement against me has been rendered and a lien has been placed on my property...How can this be possible on an unsecured credit card and if it is legal what do i do now...the monthly payment is one i cannot afford....help...and thank you
