Unsolicited goods?

I placed an order with an online retailer for a computer. After a week
of them not shipping it I canceled the order, and they credited my
account. However, a few weeks later I received the computer from them
anyway. Am I legally obligated to return the computer to them? Or does
this fall under the unsolicited goods laws?

You must be kidding! YOU solicited the computer with your original order. Just because you cancelled the order and by some glitch in their system it still arrived you don't have the right to keep it. You can, however, ask them to send a call tag to pick it up so you don't pay shipping.

You should have refused it at the door and it would have been properly returned.

And, yes you can be sued for its value.

All you have to do is to contact them via email (so you can document if needed) and explain the situation to them. If they say you can keep it, do so. If they say return it... do that.
