i got a call today from social services today saying my sons father may have left hima life insurance policy.I have the name of the company,it is florida,how do I approach this about this subject?I dont want them to screw my son over,he is 22 and disabled,his father was murdered in November.

are you the guardian for your son? If so, call the insurance company and inquire. If he does not have nor need a guardian, have son call and inquire.
