What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Arizona.
19 year old gives a power of attorney to his parents to share his criminal info with his public defender. Upon the sentencing the parents ask the attorney to see their sons file (sentencing report etc.) The attorney refuses.Parents pick up son's property when en route to prison and no info there. Parents call the judge who sentenced the kid. His office says that they cannot get involved. The parents ask to speak to the "Chief" public defender. His scheduling secretary does not respond. The parents call their county supervisor about who is supposed to be supervising the public defenders office. The supervisors office denies the responsibility and tell the parent to call the sentencing judge who cannot get involved,
The question again:If you have public defenders office complaint.Who does that office has to answer to besides the helpless taxpayers?:rolleyes:Thanks
